1. About Profit Compass
Profit Compass is a software product offered by José Pedro Manuel Ornelas Sastre, RFC: OESP770615MM2, a self-employed individual with business activity registered in Mexico. Profit Compass provides financial calculators (Financial Calculator and Right Price Calculator) designed to help small and medium businesses make pricing and financial decisions.
2. Nature of the product
Profit Compass is an informational tool. The calculations, estimates and results it generates do not constitute professional financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Users are responsible for validating information with a qualified professional before making business decisions based on the tool's results.
3. Free trial
We offer a 3-day free trial by email, limited to one trial per email address. When the trial ends, a license is required to keep using the product.
4. License
When you purchase a Profit Compass license, you are granted a personal or business, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software under the terms of your purchase (number of activations included). Reselling, redistributing or sharing your license key with third parties is not allowed. This license is subject to our 7-day Refund Policy.
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and international regulatory compliance.
6. Intellectual property
The "Profit Compass" brand, its logo, and the associated software are property of José Pedro Manuel Ornelas Sastre, RFC: OESP770615MM2. Any unauthorized reproduction, copy or use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Profit Compass is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the calculator results are accurate for every particular business case. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the tool.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this same page with their update date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
