Refund Policy

At Profit Compass we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7 calendar day refund guarantee from the date of purchase of your license.

How it works

If within the first 7 days after your purchase you decide that Profit Compass is not what you need, you can request a full refund.

To request it, write to us at soporte@profitcompassapp.com with your order number and the email used for the purchase.

Once approved, your license key will be deactivated and the refund will be processed through Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) to the same payment method used in the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank's timing.

After 7 days

After this period, purchases are considered final and refunds are not processed, except in the following cases:

• Duplicate charge or technical billing error.

• Verifiable technical failures that fully prevent using the product and cannot be resolved through support.

• Cases where the buyer's country legislation requires a different refund right (for example, the right of withdrawal applicable to European Union consumers), in which case that legislation will be respected.

Improper use of the guarantee

We reserve the right to reject refund requests in cases of clearly abusive use of this guarantee (for example, repeated requests from the same person across different purchases).
